the superficial thinking drives no where

arent' scientists artists and artists have a science of their own...i wonder at the dichotomy, we preach and believe in. the world and everything can't and should not be seen as thesis and anti-thesis. black-white, victory-defeat, right brained-left brained, right-handed-left-handed, head-tail, day-night, good-bad, rich-poor, friend-enemy...and so arts-science....

artists have their own science when they 'structure' their pieces with persuation not less than of a techie. similary, a techie defies, most times, manual mechanics to give an 'artistic' touch to his invention or
programming.

so why is it that you have to be an 'arts', 'science' or 'commerce' specialist. this simply reminds me of a distinction, i had read somewhere by some reputed thinker...i am forgetting the name - in plain text, it said that we are now in knowledge age but our training still supports requirements of the 'industrial age'.

well, now we are passing further from the knowledge age too...unfortunately, our training and education systems are still not picking up along at pace, required.

so for all kinds of development the world-over, this mindset will continue to be a veiled liability. setting up newer work models and places with obsolete thought patterns and training cannot help humanity take the 'giant leap' forward.

let's understand. the faster we do, the better. no one is asking to put the pen down and click the poor mouse harder. the idea, don't get wrong - the idea is to restructure training patterns. hope trainers and mentors get this right for their trainees.
