Why calling it a day, someday, is the right thing to do...

Away from your place, far away, in a distant city, you've come for education, or job, or for business. You are unsure what's next. Are you going to hang-on, go back or are you going to a next destination. What's your plan? Do you take in things as they come? Or, do you have a time-frame in mind.
What's the trade-off of such moves in life? Do you have questions aplenty? Or you just don't care?
What's the big deal?
It's a big deal. Because, we are so confident about whatever we are dealing with in the present, that we mostly fail to believe that everything that we gain, we lose something in turn, simultaneously.
Well, it's all about value. Which activity gives you value you consider better than the activity foregone.
Nostalgia is not all bad. Past is not all so bad. Else, why do we keep recollecting. Future is what's a white canvas. Your present is just a stroke that's painting your future. Your present is not the end.
So whatever you are doing, see the things in a bigger context. Simply because life's also burning away. Judge for yourself, what's in and what's out. Can you have those precious moments later which demand your attention now? With an age-baggage, will football be so inviting? Will friends you want to be with, still around to offer you time? Will you gain or will you lose in the long run?
Offer yourself a time-frame. Life's one. Split your activities for now and for future. Being in the race is not what you built yourself for. Race is just the means of reaching out to your passions. At the end, passions will always offer happiness. Races will continue with newer participants. Enjoy, life's such a wonderful phenomenon.
